Original bathroom.

Original toilet.

Room is stripped and wall is knocked down. Plumbing is carcased out and soil pipe outside is replaced to suit new positions of  wc, basin and bath.

Floor is then ply lined.

Tiles are placed in to get correct heights for new suite.

Old toilet window is removed and blocked up and rendered outside. Now door lining is installed to create new room opening. Old wiring is removed and replaced with new.

Ceiling is skimmed and walls flat rendered and keyed to provide good grip for tiles.

Once render has dried, walls and ceiling are sealed and tiles are applied where required.

Lighting and wiring is completed.

Windows are beaded and tiled and then floor is cleaned , sealed and tiled.

Bathroom is grouted, sealed and painted and then all new furniture is installed. This project took just under three weeks to complete including the drying time of the render. The client was never left without a wc.
